Conference Visa should be applied to attend a CONFERENCE/SEMINAR/ WORKSHOP ORGANIZED BY A MINISTRY OR DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, STATE GOVERNMENTS OR AND PRIVATE CONFERENCES ORGANIZED BY PRIVATE PERSONS/COMPANIES. If your trip involves a technical meeting with a private company, apply for a BUSINESS VISA instead.
